We have developed an offline timesheet add-on which connects with the PlanView database. It provides integrated off-line timesheets without the need of being connected to the intranet or the internet. The Offline Timesheet Manager enables project contributors to complete timesheet (xls) spreadsheets using e-mail means. Once completed, signed and once the offline timesheet business rules have been controlled, replied e-mails and their completed timesheet spreadsheet attachment are collected and automatically processed into PlanView.
